SHIPMENTS
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within two working days of receipt. Once the purchase is completed and the order confirmation email is received, orders will be fulfilled. Delivery times for goods may vary depending on the product chosen, but never earlier than 2 (two) working days. Processing may be delayed during holidays. Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national festivities. SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, provided that, except in cases of force majeure, Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) days from the day following the day on which the Customer placed the order with SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL.
The delivery day will depend on the destination location and the availability of the ordered goods. Deliveries are not made on public holidays and pre-holidays.
2. Delivery Methods
Product deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase process through a carrier throughout the Italian territory, with the exception of Campione D’Italia and Livigno. The carrier assumes full responsibility for the transport, from collection at the supplier's premises until delivery to the indicated address. SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL assumes no responsibility for any damage or irregular behavior by the carrier.
It is possible to choose the most convenient shipping address: your residence, office, or another person's address. For the delivery of goods, the presence of the Customer or an authorized representative at the recipient's address indicated in the order is required.
No responsibility can be attributed to SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL in case of delay in order processing or delivery of what was ordered.
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including in its sealing materials;
- that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the product or packaging or discrepancies in the indications must be immediately reported to the courier by affixing a WRITTEN CHECK RESERVATION on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document is signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.
In the event of failure to collect the material stored in the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be cancelled.
Should any product presented on the portal no longer be available or for sale at the time of completing the purchase operation, SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL will communicate the inconvenience within 15 (fifteen) days from the day following the transmission. In the event that the Customer has already made payment for the order, SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL will proceed with a full refund of the amount as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the purchase order. For security reasons, deliveries will not be made to post office boxes and the order will therefore not be processed.
3. Payment Methods
For each order placed, SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL issues a sales document for the shipped material. For invoice issuance, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is binding. The Customer may request a copy of the invoice or fiscal receipt within three months of its issuance.
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are indicated at the time of placing the order, except as clearly provided in the sales offer.
All prices on the website are to be understood as retail prices and, therefore, include VAT. Prices may vary without prior notice, and the only correct price is to be understood as that indicated at the time of order confirmation.
For certain products, subject to price promotions, the seller reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, after communication and acceptance by the customer, failing which the order will be considered cancelled.
In cases of purchasing goods with "credit card" payment method, simultaneously with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference banking institution will authorize only the commitment of the amount related to the purchase made.
Upon request, an invoice for the shipped goods can be issued to the order recipient, in accordance with D.P.R. 445/2000 and D.L. 52/2004. For invoice issuance, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is binding. No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance.
The shipment of goods only takes place after order acceptance and receipt of payment.
In case of order cancellation, either by the Customer (for the reasons set out in subsequent point 4B) or in the case of non-acceptance by the seller for reasons not attributable to his will, the order will be cancelled and the committed amount will be released (release times depend exclusively on the banking system). Once the transaction is cancelled, the seller cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the release of the committed amount by the banking system.
SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL reserves the right to request additional documents from the Customer proving ownership of the credit card. In the absence of the documentation, SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL reserves the right not to accept the order.
Transaction security is guaranteed by a data encryption system (SSL) and by direct, protected, and certified connections.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Legal Guarantee
A. Legal Guarantee
Purchased products are always accompanied by a legal guarantee covering manufacturing defects.
The legal guarantee cannot be invoked by those who have purchased the products as part of their business or professional activity, by indicating their VAT number.
The legal guarantee gives the right to request from SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL the replacement of the goods, free of charge, provided that the requested solution is not impossible or excessively burdensome, considering: the extent of any defect, the value of the defect-free product, and the possibility that the alternative can be implemented avoiding significant inconvenience to the Customer;
in the event that repair or replacement is impossible, excessively burdensome, or delayed, or causes significant inconvenience to the Customer and is not effective in resolving the problem, the Customer has the right to request a price reduction. In determining the amount of the reduction, the use of the goods must be taken into account. In any case, for minor defects for which it was not possible to proceed with the product replacement, the contract cannot be terminated.
The seller replaces the product within a maximum of 30 days from delivery.
In order to assert the warranty, the Customer must by law:
- keep and show the purchase receipt;
- report the defect within seven days of its discovery;
B. Right of Withdrawal
SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL reserves the right not to accept goods from the same order, returned and shipped at different times. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, including liability in case of loss or damage to the products.
In the event of a discrepancy between the recipient of the products indicated in the order and the person who made the payment for their purchase, the refund of the amounts, in case of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be made to the person who made the payment.
Online customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for by articles 64 – 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code.
It should be noted that this right is reserved only for natural persons, i.e., private consumers acting for purposes unrelated to their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal entities and natural persons acting, in relation to the purchase contract, in a professional capacity.
In accordance with and within the limits of art. 64 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the purchased products, to exercise the right of withdrawal, consisting of the possibility of returning the received products and obtaining a refund of the price paid, without penalty and without the need to specify the reason.
This right applies to all products purchased online on this site.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited if the returned product is not intact, due to the absence, for example, of integral elements of the product or because the product has suffered damage for reasons other than transport from the Seller to the consumer, not previously reported.
Without limiting the right of withdrawal, upon delivery of the product, the consumer who has reason to believe that the product itself has been damaged during transport must refuse delivery or accept it with express reservation.
Any collection of intact packages must be made by the customer by affixing the words "INTACT PACKAGE, COLLECTION WITH RESERVATION OF CONTENT CHECK" on the accompanying document (art. 1698 Civil Code). Any anomaly must then be reported within eight days.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the purchased product, a communication clearly expressing the will to withdraw from the purchase contract.
This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram (to the company's address).
The consumer must then arrange, using a courier of their choice, for the shipment of the product (if possible in its original packaging and, in any case, always carefully packed) and everything originally contained.
The consumer must make this shipment within fourteen working days from the date on which they sent the communication of exercising the right of withdrawal.
Important notes
Transport costs and liability for the goods during shipment, as required by law, are borne by the consumer.
It is therefore advisable to insure the product with the chosen courier, taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible inserting the original packaging in an external box and, in any case, avoiding damaging the product with adhesive tape, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact and complete with all its parts and accessories, including any guarantees. In case of transport damage occurred during the return, SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL will communicate the damage to the consumer within five working days of receiving the product, allowing the consumer to file a complaint with the courier used for transport. Damaged goods will be made available for return, and the withdrawal request will be simultaneously cancelled. Except as provided below for the case of partial withdrawal, SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL will refund, within 14 calendar days from the moment SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the entire amount of the purchase and transport costs for delivery, through a credit card reversal procedure or by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the consumer; the transport costs for returning the product remain the responsibility of the latter.
If the withdrawal is partial (i.e., it concerns only a part of the products delivered in a single shipment), the shipping costs incurred by the consumer for the delivery of the products at the time of purchase are excluded from reimbursement.
Order Cancellation Request
The purchase order can be cancelled in full if, at the time of the cancellation request, the product shipment is still being prepared and, in any case, if the amount has not yet been collected; in this case, no cost will be charged to the Customer. If, at the time of the purchase order cancellation request, the product has already been entrusted to the courier or, in any case, the amount has been collected, the consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal and resend the goods to SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL.
To this end, it is necessary to follow the procedures indicated above for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Each User is prohibited, either for themselves or on behalf of someone:
- to use the SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL website for illegal, illicit, or unauthorized purposes or that may harm any third-party rights, including industrial/intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.;
- to impersonate others, hide their identity, or directly or indirectly provide false information;
- to carry out propaganda, sponsorship, advertising, or activities with, even indirectly, professional commercial purposes through the Portal;
- to copy, modify, alter in any way any section of the SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL website; cause harm to third parties or other Users.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to make a return, please make a timely request in the returns request section (which you will find on the top right of the home page where the little man icon is).
N.B: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS DISCOUNTED AT 70%
Below are the conditions.
The customer is required to return the goods promptly, which must arrive at our premises no later than 14 days from receipt of the order. The return is valid if the consumer meets all the required conditions.
The goods must be intact and in the same condition as they were received, including the tag/label, original bag/container with code, any gifts, and the fiscal receipt.

In the event of partially accepted returns, the costs of returning the unaccepted return are borne by the buyer and will be directly deducted from the refund.
We can then exchange the size or item, either for a higher cost, with a price difference, or a lower cost, with a corresponding credit for the remaining amount.
If you prefer to opt for a refund, it will be processed only after we have received the goods within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase (cash on delivery purchases will be refunded by bank transfer with IBAN to be communicated in the notes on the return request or by email).
Any initial shipping costs for the goods will not be refunded.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Purchases made on our website www.lovelyshop.it can be made in various ways, in total security and with maximum transparency. Below we list the various payment options you will see when placing your order:
Advance bank transfer
This is payment in advance by bank transfer. If you choose this method, the order summary email you receive and the payment process itself will list the details for making the payment. The goods will not be dispatched until the payment is visible in the current account.
Credit or prepaid cards / Paypal
By choosing this payment method, you will be securely redirected to PayPal's protected servers where you can pay with VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards, POSTEPAY, or other rechargeable prepaid cards. Alternatively, you can pay directly through your PayPal account.
If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties, and to their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.

Terms of Sale
These Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "General Conditions") govern the sale of products marketed by the company SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL of Oristano in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchase operations between the Seller and the Customer will be governed by the following General Conditions.
Registration
Users who wish to purchase on www.lovelyshop.it and use the services on the site must register. The user who registers declares to have read the Privacy Policy and that the personal data entered is truthful and correct, assuming full responsibility for the information provided. In case of changes, the user is required to promptly inform the Company.
Acceptance of the terms of sale
The contract stipulated between the company SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL and the Customer must be considered concluded, even if only partially for the order, by SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL. This acceptance is considered implied, subject to communication, in any way, to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale.
Product availability and order fulfillment
The e-commerce system adopted on the website www.lovelyshop.it is designed to guarantee the Customer maximum transparency, indicating in real time the exact availability status of products in stock and their delivery times.
However, it should be considered that multiple users can place orders for the same item/s simultaneously, which may consequently alter the quantity of products available in our warehouse. In this case, we will promptly notify the Customer by telephone or email of any problems related to product availability, at which point they can freely decide whether or not to cancel the order placed. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be immediately refunded.

reserves the right to fulfill orders received, even partially, based on product availability in stock.
It is also important to remember that the images and information contained in the product sheets are indicative and may sometimes not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the item, despite our great care and attention in this regard.
Orders
Orders are accepted exclusively via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order directly from the website will receive, at the end of the procedure, a confirmation email of the order, with the relevant order number. In the event that, after placing the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative reasons or due to product shortage.
It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and the goods have not yet been shipped, by phone or by written communication to be sent via email to info@lovelyshop.it.
For orders already fulfilled, the customer must exercise their Right of Withdrawal.
Selling prices
All sales prices displayed on the www.lovelyshop.it website are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They may vary without prior notice. Shipping costs, except for exceptional or promotional cases, are borne by the Customer, and are clearly displayed before the order is finalized. In case of discrepancies in prices after the Customer's order, these will be immediately communicated to the Customer by telephone or email, who may withdraw from the purchase commitment without any penalty.
Delivery methods and times
Shipments are made exclusively by courier, which delivers within 10/20 working days (with some exceptions) after order fulfillment throughout Italy. Transport costs are borne by the customer, clearly visible when placing the order. For uninsured goods, SARDA SOLUTIONS SRL assumes no responsibility for loss, tampering, or breakage of the purchased product/s and for any delays in delivery by the shipping companies.
