Returns and Refunds
To view your orders, log in to your account.
If you wish to return an item as a Guest Customer, scroll to the bottom of the Home page. In the CUSTOMER area, access the Guest Customer Returns link and follow the instructions.
If you wish to make a return, please send your request within 5 days from the order delivery date. You will receive a response within 24/48 hours. In the response, you will find a link (VALID FOR 12 DAYS) which is activated upon successful delivery, allowing you to book a pickup independently with our GLS courier. This will enable you to print the return label and book the parcel pickup at the same receiving address, or modify it and/or choose a more convenient delivery point.
SHIPPING VIA OUR COURIER IS THE ONLY ALLOWED PROCEDURE FOR MAKING A RETURN AND HAS A COST OF €8.99 WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.
The package must arrive at our premises within 14 days of you receiving the goods.

This service is valid only domestically.
Returns from abroad must be made by the customer at their own expense and cost to the address listed above.
Conditions for making a return

The customer is required to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order.

The return is valid only if all the following conditions are met:

The goods must be intact and in the same condition as they were received.
- Security Seal intact and not tampered with
- The goods must arrive without odors and without stains

Tag/label

Original bag or container with code

Any free gifts received

Sales receipt
- N.B.: Swimwear and intimate apparel (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) can be tried on while wearing your own personal underwear (and after applying the hygiene protection - present inside the packaging or already applied - in the case of women's swimwear). Returns of such items will be refused and sent back to the sender if the items show signs of use, stains of any kind, or if the hygiene protection was not applied during the try-on.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer

In case of partially accepted returns, the redelivery costs for unaccepted items will be at the buyer's expense and will be deducted from the refund.

The refund will be issued after receiving and verifying the goods, within 14 days:

Using the same payment method used for the purchase.

For cash on delivery purchases, the refund will be made via bank transfer. Remember to include the IBAN in the return request notes or send it via email.

NB: The initial shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.
